2019 TOCPNW Annual Meeting

It’s time for our annual meeting get together to recap the past year’s events, look at future events for the club, and elect any new board members. There will be plenty of time to socialize and discuss all things Tesla.
Overview of the Event
Date: Saturday Oct 12th, 2019 Willows Lodge Woodinville WA
The event will start Saturday morning at 9:00 am with a photo op for the first 20 cars in front of Willows Lodge before we embark on a scenic drive around Woodinville. Then back to Willows Lodge for a buffet luncheon served in three courses, speckled with presentations from club members.
To close out the afternoon, there will be nominations and voting for all board positions, including potential replacement for out-going President.
We are working on a block of Teatro ZinZanni show tickets next door in the old Red Hook Brewery building. Please use the Contact Us Form to RSVP to Teatro ZinZanni for Friday night Oct 11, 2019. Once we have an approximate number of attendees we will post more info.
To make a mini weekend vacation out of Annual Meeting, TOCPNW has a block of 10 rooms for Friday night for those that are traveling the farthest to attend the meeting. Please call Willows Lodge (877-424-3930) directly to book your room and mention Tesla Owners Club Pacific Northwest to get a discount. If there are rooms left by the end of August, those rooms will be available for those living closer to the venue.
Registration fees for the Annual Meeting
The full cost of the event including food, room rental, parking, and onsite fees is $100-$130/person (depending on the number of people). We have tried to create a few options to make this event accessible to as many people as possible. The ticket price for early registrants will cover only your meal; TOCPNW will help subsidize the cost difference from its limited budget. If you would like to help with the cost of the Annual Meeting, you can make a contribution (see info below, purchase tickets via Eventbrite).
If we gather more money than the cost of the meeting, the differential will be donated to our next Food Drive.
Please note: These $20 are contributions to the event, and will not include tax receipts. You may make a tax-deductible contribution to TOCPNW directly (not for a particular event), of any amount, via our website (see bottom of page) and a PDF receipt will be emailed to you.
First 20 registrants (Discounted or Full Price) will get a reserved parking spot for the photo.
Discounted Ticket prices: Includes the price of your meal and a subsidy from TOCPNW for facility fees.

$105.00/person – Wait and See: Aug. 1, 2019, to Aug. 31, 2019
$125.00/person – Late Registration: Sept. 1, 2019 to Sept. 25, 2019
Optional $20 Facility Fee Contribution– If you would like to make a contribution to the event to help cover the subsidy for the facility fees during the Early Bird Registration.
Full Ticket Price: Includes price of your meal and facility fees.
